Eating Fresh realizes its goals and objectives through the publication
of regional cookbooks that support local, seasonal, and organic
food. The first cookbook, Cooking Fresh from
the Bay Area, was released in June 2000. A Washington, DC-based
cookbook, Cooking Fresh from the Mid-Atlantic,
covering the nation’s capital plus Maryland, Delaware, and
Northern Virginia was in the fall 2002.
